Good to hear your going down the 16v route and taking time about it to get the right parts. Im doing the same with mine hopefully doing the conversion around easter. Looking forward to hearing how it goes

cheers mate , i think money is gonna go to funding the 16v now plans are just to stick a 4-2-1 on it and then at a later date think of cams ect
i want ideas what colour to spray it tho , thinking silver for the block and head and gloss black rockers

finished early today so i gave it a good wax all over to keep the paint protected
still comes up well , ordered a claying kit so i can get it de contaminated as it has tar in areas and on the wheels
didn't bother treating plastics as i cbaa

i thnk if you do the rocker the same colour as the alloys would keep with the colour theme

i was debating it but i've got enough yellow on it now i'm just gonna leave it , looks clean in silver

yeah would look good either silver or black mate can't wat to do my 16v conversion but will have to wait till i can save the funds as tackling the sound system at the mo and thats cost me close to a grand lol
