I spoke to him recently. Been VERY busy. I'm sure there is a very good reason for the delay.

i agree tbh unless he or someone close to him is in hosie or something.
if its just busy as work for yourself then other people who buy stuff is more important tbh.
hope he gets it sorted out,the buyer that is.

YES YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK VIA PAYPAL,
Esculate the claim/dispute and if he doesnt respond in 4 weeks paypal will transfer the funds back to you, the only way he can keep the funds is if he provides info of tracking numbers,
trust me i run an online business and paypal are wankers, lol they can give money back to any buyer and it ALWAYS favours the buyers.
thats why i now send recorded, otherwise i have no leg to stand on.

rob i've escalated a claim not to long ago, was won in my favour as the buyer and money was to be returned. however i never got any money as the funds were not in the sellers account apparantly. To date i've never seen a penny of the £150 that i paid :mad

Thats strange, as paypal suspend the funds from being withdrawn while in a dispute or claim, i supose it all depends on how long ago it was made and if he still had the funds when the dispute was filled,
well if not, then the next time money goes it it should be returned, his account will be in a minus at the mo then lol

but could be more important reasons.. if hes a trusted member, i doubt he'd scam anyone

I have to agree. Doesn't matter how busy he is or how nice a guy he is, a member is claiming he took his money and never sent the item. It's really not on to be honest.
