Green for the cutting,

Yellow or Blue for finishing depending on the task in hand, read the descriptions and make your choice

One more thing, how and what do you use to clean the pads after use?

I use a bit of car shampoo on mine, hand wash them in teh sink and make sure they are rinced out properly after wards.

You can also buy a pad cleaning thing to go on top of your bucket and some proper stuff, think elite do them, either them or cleanyour car.

With the pads use fairly liquid and warmish water in a bucket overnight and take them out of the bucket and ring them out in cold water and hang up to dry been doing this since i had my new 3m pads and come out great i really like using menzerna polishes like james does, i've used power gloss as my dads paint was really bad, i would recommend for your paint in menzerna range, intensive polish 3.02 and a 3m cutting or polishing pad and 85rd/ 3m finishing or polishing pad to improve the gloss in the paint, don't apply alot of pressure with udm as you have got to let the pad spin. I get all my stuff from polished bliss or www.cleanyourcar.co.uk i hardly ever use sonus pads any more after using 3m and megs.

Hope that helps

Wayne
