It has been a while since my last post, but I've been very bussy with my saxo.

-I fitted the crank pulley, great mod btw, still have to fit the alternator pulley because i diddn't had the right tools at the time.
-I've bought some new tyres, Admiral 712 195/45 R15 78V , they where pretty cheap but still pretty satisfied about them.
-Bought a new shorter black aerial, the old one broke in the car wash
-Got the sax-p stickers on the rear windows and one on the boot
-replaced the green dial LED's with blue ones(broke the low fuel warning led and the high temp led but still bussy sorting this out)
-replaced the interior light bulbs with blue LED's
-finally fitted a TU5JP(came from a pug 306) inlet mani and TB
-heat wrapped my mani

As we speak the saxo is in the garage for a new headgasket so the overheating problem will be solved very soon. Also they are gone fit a Kentcam pt40 camshaft Can't wait until friday and see/feel the result!!!

Still on the way:

-ordered some chrome second hand angel eyes for 60 pound, maby gona smoke them because i want to have a black & gold theme(how original)
-ordered smoked rears for 20 pounds!!!
-ordered a black leather momo gear knob

Will upload some pics tonight

Finally it's cammed!!! Car idle's fine and the improvement in performance is great. I notice there is alot of more power between 3000 and 5000 rpm. here a video how it sounds:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U1HZd-SyF2M

maybe going to add a vernier pulley for some fine tuning

Also fitted my angels, look great. Orded some osram nightbreakers to add

So far i've got:
- Kentcam PT40 camshaft
- Raceland airbox with replacement filter
- Lightweight crankpulley
- Raceland 421 mani
- Sebring decat pipe
- Supersprint straight cat-back centre pipe
- Supersprint Magnum Backbox

The big question??? How many BHP would i have???

Finally got the cam in I see.

My VTR made 110bhp at standard timing with the PT40 and breathing mods. Best power (117.9bhp) was made at 2 degrees advanced from standard timing... Wizzy's made best power at 1 degree advanced. I'd fit a vernier pulley (be careful not to rotate the cam when sliding it on), adjust the timing to 1 degree advanced, then 2 degrees advanced - see if it feels any better.

Results may be more clear cut on the rollers but I'm pretty confident you'll see best power with the PT40 in the region of standard timing to 2 degrees advanced.

I'm looking arround for a vernier pulley so definitely going to try it soon. So what do you think? I added 20 bhp?

10 - 20bhp would be reasonable estimation I think.

Agreed, 20bhp could be feasable with an adjustable pulley. It would be worth while getting it set up on a rolling road so you can get the best from it.

ok thanks fot the comment guys, going to look for a vernier pulley and a rolling road in the area. I'm really currious to see how much bhp the car has.

Thanks mate! It's an european model, almost the same as the early furio in the UK.
