i dnt speed unless its really late and i can see far enough ahead of me (as i could on this stretch of road) conditions where not too bad. the other driver didnt get arrested because of me he got arrested because he was being followed all the way back from a delivery driving at 90mph with cars on the roads all around him and on a road with islands in in those cituations i drive 'sensiably' the only reason i dont care about the camara's is beacuae i get told to not bother about them. i dont drive like this in the saxo so they get an even worse reputation. so im not labeled as a chav for my driving i know people tha have died 'racing' on public roads and i dnt like it i dnt speed when there are other cars about on the road only when its late at night and there's hardly any traffic about. there was no traffic throughout the whole of my delivery that paticular time apart from the cop car. i may sound like a twat like you think but tbh i dont care im just saying why didnt the cops pull me over if they was so interested that they spun the car around?

some people want to take threads like these as a pinch of salt its non of our buisness if he speeds, but one day he will be caught and probably loose his license and his job etc etc
old saying what goes around comes around dude just think twice before stepping on that loud pedal.

Harsh but true. I'd much rather this fool crash himself out into a tree than an unsuspecting driver at that speed. Speed limits are there for the safety of everyone and although most people will admit to nudging over the limit on occasions, doing 80 in a 40 mph zone is just plain stupid.

My missus works for the ambulance service and I have friends that are paramedics that will all tell you they have attended crashes where the driver was speeding on an empty road at night because they thought it was safe to do so

Its people like you that put other peoples lives at risk,
if your lucky you will get caught and banned and have the book thrown at you,
if your not so lucky you will kill yourself by driving like an idiot and boasting about it to your friends,
i just hope that when the day comes it is only you that gets killed and you dont take any other innocent lives with you,

just think if you are the cause of a crash and you kill a family and you walk away alive,
would you run then and say it was your boss ???????

Think about what you are doing and change your ways,

Your eyes need testing if you can see far enough ahead but fail to see a cop car!

My main worry would be he would most probably get picked up by one of your friends mate. He is from Halifax. I wonder which take-a-way he works for - I will make sure the place gets boycotted (sp)!

I hate the way people always post shit such as:

Omg you're all jumping on the bandwagon!! You all speed!! There's nothing wrong with it if you can see far enough ahead!!

It's all bollocks because I don't actually speed. The most excessive speeding I've ever done was 85 on the motorway when I first passed my test. You might all be the best drivers in the world but if you are doing double the speed limit and someone steps out in front of you what would you be able to do?

People who speed excessively are dicks.

People who flame people for agreeing that speeding is bad on public forums are complete and utter bellends.

We aren't jumping on the bandwagon... You are.

In a 1.1? Don't lie ijoke

Im only allowed to do 45mph due to be being on an R-Plate (N.Ireland sucks) but I do 60 in a 60 zone, technically it is still speeding because im not allowed to do over 45, but doing 80 in a 40 zone is just plain stupid imo.
