The Saxo doesnt have a massive following worldwide in perspective to other cars.
Also its not brand new or anything special. Pretty much why its not in the game!
The Saxo in Gran Tursimo 2 was shit to drive so cant see why you would even want it in Forza unless its to mod it.

As for cars that should be in it the Radical and Ariel atom should be in there along with the caterham, maybe the 205 gti as thats far more iconic than the saxo
