I'll definately come down to some of the meets in maldon mate. I'll PM you later.
Attached my bonnet and passenger arch. last night, so technically the car is now finished! Just need to attach the skirts somehow - and get painting!
Can't decide if i like my angels with my new bonnet, or the standard smoked headlights again.... Thoughts?

Attached where my new plate will be going..
Also attached the dimma grill after painting it.
Started on my wheels...
Its scary how much they glow!
The paint on the tyre it just dust from the paint - just need to wipe it down.
Had some more fun with the orange paint...
Sprayed mani cover in pearl white, and did the screws orange to make it look a little easier on the eye!
Wheel after having its overcoats to protect it.
Insides: (Only did the top lip of the door pocket handle thing. Looks quite smart)
Sprayed the little stickyout bits to change fans
Tweeters aren't mounted back properly, going to wait for the paint to dry for another 24 hours or so, then can squeeze them back in.

Wasnt' rattled! Has been rollered on so far! You can't see the drivers side, but the finish is getting there now. The car has pretty much had a coat now, but needs to be rubbed down and done again - plus I've got a lot better with the roller now, need to do really thin layers or it goes horrible.
So far, I've used between half and 2/3 ltr of chalkboard. I've done all the panels minus the passenger door and rear bumper. A few panels have had second coats.
As for buying the paint itself - £4.79 from toolstation
Should look good after I've finished the paintwork!
