told you it'd look good
Just maybe the badges in gloss black too? just to shine it up a bit more than the dull T Cut effect?
Much cooler and tbh do the heatshield just to smarten it up till you get the manifold bud

firstly be a bit careful as there's pins underneath them, I used a VERY thin flat bladed screwdriver to prise it off but instead of prising from the paint itself potentially scraping the paint you can either wrap it in a thin towel or flannel etc then simply get a little bit of leverage and GENTLY pull away hopefully keeping at least one pin in place then to put them back on leave a little bit of the original glue remaining just line it up with the pins and a tiny dab of superglue,
That's how I did mine
Just be careful and don't force anything,
You can use a hairdryer to loosen the glue first if you wish to but I'm personally not a fan as it can potentially bubble the paint

that's something I don't know, I would assume just give it a tug but not the best idea for fear of breakage lol.
Sorry, if you ask in questions then they should be able to tell you there mate, should look awesome when it's done P
