The way i see it roads are a playground for cars. Police are the bullies.
If people got together and actually closed down certain sections of road it would be much safer. Hell the police could make money organising 1/4 miles strips etc

Too much effort for the 5-0! They make more money in fines anyway lol!
Round the Birmingham area there are alot of modified cars that meet on industrial estates late at night but its not organised like people actually racing, people just drive up and down as fast as they can showing off how fast they can go!
