say person A goes through a camera at 90 on a motorway, person A gets a letter through the door a couple of days after saying they have 3 points and a £60 fine, person A then contacts the DVLA and asks for proof of the car speeding, a couple of days later person A gets a letter through the door showing the back of the car, person A then contacts the DVLA again saying it may not of been him driving, person B is also insured on the car and they were on a long drive and so swapped over, none of them can remember who was driving at that particular point. the DVLA withdraws the fine and points
