Not sure about the filter myself, the OEM airbox is decent but then again if its all you had re-routing it to behind the head light is better. sounds alright though doesnt it

The filter works really well there I Removed the acoustic valve and have a cold feed leading straight in to it,when I pull over I put my hand on the filter it's really cold and the inlet mini is only warm now and not really hot like it was.

did you not have a standard airbox with the car? back to back testing would be nice to see. That said losing .1 of a horse power and a bit of torque maybe in exchange for some noise isn't so bad

Yea I had the standard box, imo I'm not saying its faster but it's a lot more instant/responsive when I put my foot down, and yea I don't mind as I like the sound haha
