could well be a broken spring/s...but get a second opinion first

as kam sais..shouldnt really need an alignment for vec springs

so maybe youre tracking is out and theyre trying to bum you for the cost of springs

but in answer to your first question..no if its snapped you shouldnt really drive it.. if it dislodges itll go through the tyre and possibly lock that wheel up

Got a second opinion and they actually showed me where they were broken. They were asking for more to fix it though. Took it back to the original place and got it sorted now. I suppose £180 isn't the end of the world with 2 year guarantee

I have 2 brand new vectra c spring you can have for £40 matey 1 has been on the car for 200 miles the other is still sat in my conservatory. I bought 2 new fronts to find my backs were fooked also so I replaced the lot with H&R springs and lowered it lol

i had a vectra c and both front springs broke

cost me less than 74 for two front ones and fitted them myself, having never changed springs before.
