im seriously thinkin about buyin a vtr for cheap (standard) and keeping it in the garage and havin it as a project car and stoping the mods im doing to the motor ive got now. theres just alot of things i wana do to my car but couldnt afford to do them. Now im working full time again, i recon i can.

Ah right, you have any pics of it? might be able to help. The induction might fit, with a bit of modding, but im not sure myself. I would have thought swapping the furio engine for a vtr wouldnt be too bad for someone mechanically minded, with help, but you'd need an engine hoist and a fair few hours spare lol. tbh i wouldnt bother for a vtr engine, the difference from the furio to vtr isnt a massive amount..especially for the effort. I am considering a vts conversion in a year or two on mine, purely because of all the work ive put into this car, plus, i know what's been done to my car, whereas if i buy a new vts, id probs have to do everything ive already done to the 's lol.
Good luck if you do get it though, keep me posted

Wow thanks mate, glad you like it! im gonna have another go at getting the rocker cover a bit more polished soon, few rust spots are coming through Yeah, people say i wont get my money back with everything that i do to it, but i dont think its all about getting my cash back, its a hobbie imo cant see myself selling anytime soon
Right, i have a day off tomorrow so i will get some good pics of the freshly cleaned car with my new GTI Leathers

To do before TRAX:
- fit pressed plates
- get bumpers sitting more flush
- remove rear diffuser
- re-polish rocker cover
- touch up any body imperfections
That's all for now
