I love black mk2 furio/vtr/vts's. Looks so much better with the VTR alloys on. What's it like compared with the 1.1?

How much did the front headlights set you back at mate?, i did mine myself but regret it now because when your up close they look shite tbh, glue specs all over etc, yellow rear badges would look the sex i reckon , i've just done this on my car and it looks awesome, i'll post a pic up over the weekend .

yeah just a straight swap basically...think there's a guide on here but it's dead simple any ways...and to answer your question (if im thinking of the right part) it clips in nicely.

MOT and Engine Mounts
Ok, so I had my MOT last week and my car failed...expected it really so wasn't too surprised, I had to pay out for the following though:
* Windscreen damage = New windscreen - £105
* Nearside and Offside Headlamps not in good working order affecting beam image = Labour - £22ish
* Exhaust failed on leak of gasses, noise and emissions = New Standard Exhaust - £110
I also had an advisory for my engine mounts...they told me that the mounts had completely worn away and the engine was resting on the chassis....this wasn’t a failure though...but I had it fixed this morning and it cost me £94...
And now my car is totally different to drive before it would rattle shake and vibrate...but now it is so quiet it’s like a different car.
On the down side though..... i had to pay £822 for a years insurance..

Now for sale £895
Mot til feb 2012, No tax
Lets start with the bad:
Engine light on though due to a hole in the manifold which has been temporarily patched up. New Lamda sensor needs putting on. but i have bought a new manifold from a mk1 with a lambda sensor which i can supply with the car.
1 dent on the wing and a scratched rear quarter panel.plus one or two other scratches.
I am an honest seller and thats the reason i am being upfront.
The Good:
Has only done 50,000 miles.
Vtr Alloys
Smoked headlights
Meshed Grill
Smoked jewel rears
Lowered all round
All in all a lovely car to drive, had it since may 09 and really enjoyed it.
Pics up soon.
Make me an offer.
