Chris84's black vts ( few new pics up!! 16/9/2010 )
Small update for today, just took a few pics of my filthy sax just to show the most recent changes which include:
Mirror caps, long awaited but here finally!!
My new mk 1 rear lights, they must be the most faded mk2 lookalikes going!! They are still darker than my old mk2 style lights but most of the tint has worn, faded away so in the day they arnt much different to my old ones!! Never mind.
And a comparison shot, my old mk2 rear lights:
And my new mk1 rear lights:
Heres my new nosey c*nt door badges, Had quite a few people at lights and junctions notice them and you can see there telling the other people in there car to look, find it quite funny actually especially if there old fuckers!!!
Finally a few shots of my new gell rocker cover badge, i think it looks pretty good and im hopefully going to be transferring it over to some jp4 covers very soon! Also a few pics of the carbon effect battery cover, im still undecided on weather i like this or not so it might be going soon.
Nearly forgot to add the new flat wipers, which i may add are fucked already after only a few weeks, they wont clear the screen properly even after cleaning the blades, i think a refund is in order!!
Thanx for looking people, hoping to add another update over the next few days with a red omp upper brace and jp4 rocker covers.

Well got the new disks and pads fitted the other day along with my new strut brace and decided to paint the rear disk protectors while i had the chance, turned out nice i think, the new disks set the wheels off more than the old shitty worn oem crap that was on!! Will upload some pics later on if i have time.

Well have had a bit of a nightmare with my new rear drilled and grooved disks, all was fine for the first week and then i started getting a clicking noise from the rear drivers side, it was getting worse and worse and louder and louder, i stripped it all down a few times but didnt click on ! Ive just realised the disk is warped and was catching the inner pad very slightly when jacked up and without the handbrake on. It sounded like a rattle snake shaking its rattle really pissed off when braking from above 30 mph!! Good job i didnt get rid of my old disks and pads just yet as i have put them back on for the time being and alls well again, hopefully m-tech will replace them for me as £55 for 2 weeks on the car is a bit of a shitter! Getting my badass battery, ecu, small fuse, lge fuse, brake fluid, cambelt and inlet manifold covers back from the bodyshop tomorrow oh and my new coilpack cover that had been sprayed in red and the engine covers in citroen black, my bay should look a lot better with these fitted and no omp brace as i sold it on. I will post up some pics at the weekend hopefully
