Aha, crashes at the end are mint
Unfortunate about not qualifying.
I'm sure downhill sports could kick off quite well, especially since derbyshire has a lot of quiet hills and roads.

Just a quick word of warning to anyone building a kart, push bike wheels "really" don't like the sort of sideways forces that will be imposed by a kart cornering at speed (ask me how I know!). If you absolutely have to use them, smaller diameter ones are better and front wheels from an "axle forward" or tadpole style trike will withstand the forces better. Wheel chair wheels with solid spokes are also a reasonable bet.
