Arnt there rules or w/e that if you play loud music from 11pm (ish) to 7am(ish) you can get done or something along those lines... i would asume loud exhausts = bad music .

Neighbour to my girlfriend has a corvette with double twin zorst and that pee's everyone off when it starts up in the morning, bloody noisey thing. (its on the oposite side of the road and you could fit 4 of 5 car widths easy down the road lol, plus my girlfriends in the attic and its still annoying!

Should just be nice, drive slow and turn the engine off whilst you waited. Now get your mate to run round the block to get a lift
