Pink Floyd are simply amazing, best songs for me are: Marooned, Comfortably Numb, High Hopes, Hey you, Us and Them.........actually i could keep going

Even the Pulse DVD is epic....

Kids these days just dont understand music, just seems like there is no emotion, no soul put into songs, you cant relate to the lyrics.....(Yes i am getting old )

Haha, as cool as they are in a retro-ironic kind of way, they're hardly comparable to the godlike power of the Floyd.

Anybody into The Doors, then?

Simple music for simple minds. But as someone else stated, there's still great and even arguably ground breaking music coming out, it's just pushed underground by the masses of people who like pop music.

I'd rather that truly GREAT music stays a bit on the underground anyway, saves it becoming over saturated by tossers who only like something because NME told them to.

Shine on you Crazy Diamond is one of the greatest songs ever written.
The Guitar through to the trumpet solo are fucking incredible.

This is my all time favorite song ever. I wish they played it when they got back together at Live 8. Although Comfortably Numb and Wish You Were Here are amazing .

I wish I grew up in my Dad's childhood so I could see Pink Floyd Live. Shame it'll never happen anymore
