wasnt much of a fan of gold vt's before..
but seeing it in person i really like it
and just purchased a supersprint backbox, shud hopfully have centre in next few days too, and then will be looking at the mani

Give it a good clean and wax and the gold has little sparkles in it so looks awesome in the sun.
To be honest going down to a 1.4 isn't that bad really it lacks the top end punch of the 1.6 16v but it feels the same as a vtr really and boy 106's are better screwed together than saxo's thats for sure! Never would have believed that!
I may even do a trackday in it complete with the ditchfinder tyres

when get it back next week ill give it a good clean and get pics up 
the gf's stepdad is respraying the 106 mirrors ready  haha.. so will get some new pics..
and book 1... gotta be done for bit of fun..
my bday next month, may be looking at booking a trackday for it 
will be loooking at bigger brakes for it hopfully too..
and then next few months hopfully a cage 
then once sorted cams and remap

How can you not love the Goldness. I say once polished up they stand out more than anything else.
Need more Pictures with the 106 mirrors, I am looking at getting some and ether spraying then color coded or just black.

i dno, just sumfing about them wasnt too keen on..
but now i love it.. previous owner said give it a good wax and will sparkle, cant wait to get her back and clean and tidy her up 
will have pics next thurs/fri 
the mirrors are looking goood.. come out very well..
i rekon u shud do them black, and black caps

I rolled with 106 mirrors for a while. You'll soon want the saxo one's back as they do look better and the 106 one's create a lot more wind noise...

nah i had 106 mirrors on old sax and much preferred the to the saxo 1s
also slight update..
have just purchased a supersprint straight through centre section to go with the supersprint 2" backbox when it arrives
then next month shall be looking at mani for bday 
then brake upgrades.. then cage.. then performance..
thats the plans

Isn't buying your old car back after the new owner has brought new bits for it cheating?
Will have to wait and see what the mirrors look like.
Need to hear what she sounds like with the mani and supersprint straight through and the 2"bb, That's what I am looking for, for mine. xD
