DTM will cover the wood!? and might look half decent if done in Black to match the other black bits!?
With all that Bass I get the feeling that the wood might flex alot and eventually split the metal the bolts go through!? just a thought.
Looks like an awsome idea!
il see it Sunday in the flesh im sure!

I cracked the windscreen on my Suzuki Swift GSi with music... not sure if it was damaged already but was after lots of music playing that I noticed it...
They are paper thin though
DTM as in Sunstrip or whatever you want to call it btw, would block out the sun too whilst driving to an extent (thats why I fitted mine!)

think only time someone will brake a windscreen that has already got a chip or crack in it will be 160dB playing music
oh not really a fan on sun strips i normaly use my sunvisa to bloke out the sun just more hassle from the police and mot man

well had a ok at devon car show weather was shocking and the show ground layout was crap but atleast we where on tarmac. did 2 tests today pd styl 1st was erly morning thought i would test the mdf roof seems ok just need to bolt it up more and seal it better
1st test all my scores where down other than my 20hz witch was 147.8(without steph on the roof) and i peaked at 35hz at 150.6 but then after finding out the kia was 0.2 above me on average i charged my car back up and went for a 2nd test
this time i had steph on my roof and all my scores where up but my 20hz was down didnt relise that thay where counting it as two different tests i thought thay where going to just update my scores that i beat erly that day so i didnt bother trying to beat my erlyer 20hz score
well heres the scores i got from my 2nd test
Liam_B 6x JBL GT5 12"s Ported Box - 3300wrms
Total Average ((((Propper Droppers)))) Score =149.6dB
Peak= 151.1dB @ 33Hz
40hz= 150.4dB
33hz= 151.1dB
25hz= 149.6dB
20hz= 145.9dB
then my 2nd test with my 20hz from erlyer that day
Total Average ((((Propper Droppers)))) Score =150.0dB
Peak= 151.1dB @ 33Hz
40hz= 150.4dB
33hz= 151.1dB
25hz= 149.6dB
20hz= 147.8dB
even tho my 150 average isnt offical im still happy that ive got what i set out to get with the wall
just uploading pics now
