just blown scooby gearbox up stuck in 2nd gear . and just drove home last 15 mile at 25 mph stuck in 2nd
just what a fooking need at christmas

Lol havent been on for a while so sorry to bring it back up, you got one then mate, looks very nice and clean, sorry to hear about the gearbox, theres plenty of scooby's around breaking mate so im sure you can sort it fairly soon if you havent already

quick up date got another gearbox to go in out of a low millage sti ,also new 5 paddle clutch going in, and got a speed delimiter so no more 112 mph limit . and another set of clocks that read to 180mph the 4 pot calipers and bigger discs will also be fitted at the same time if all goes to plan should be back on the road by tuesday night

Ideal mate, get ready for a heavy clutch lol, ive got a race paddle clutch in mine and is pretty heavy, 4 pots should be nice mate, thats what i want next

flywheel back from being skimmed and balanced with new pilot bearing in so should be up and running by tommorrow night wooo bring on the scooby buurble again

What version STI is the gearbox out
The gearbox alone and you will notice a MASSIVE difference...100% sure on that
I'd changed the brake fluid to 5.1 Andy cos the standard 4 pots are shit.
A mate of mine recently did this and he said it was a massive improvement over standard. Wish I had did mine cos they were shit.

brake fluid will be changed to 5.1 as i used 5.1 in my vts and makes a difference also the discs are grooved so should be abit better and upgraded pads that came with the calipers . then i wll buy sum ebc reds or 1144 pads in the summer mate
