possibly black yup or i might just take them off altogether,
borbets will be staying for now
car died yesterday lol so engines going in sooner than i thought.
randomly got a hole in a water pipe and started pissing it all out at morrisons
oh and damaged the front bumper, but we were changing that anyway
been busy cleaning up the engine
dirty thing

busy with my toothbrush it was cold hence the layers lol

clean engine ready for painting
complete opposites
im going for pink and white or pink and black in the engine bay, as that was the orginal plans for the del sol. swaying towards black as its easier to keep clean
this one was my inspiration for my sol
cant find the better pics of it

VTEC does sound tastey... but expensive. Its an incredible amount of work to make it fit, and i presume its going RWD?
I thought the civic VTEC's were fast, this will be something else

thanks guy
yeh the vtecs not gunna be as expensive as everyone thinks, certainly a significant amount less than tbs/turbo. just alot of work
which hopefully IMaxles are gunna be helping with
the vtec has 6 engine mounting points wheras the saxo has 3 so its things like that which will need wrking around
engine will be in the bay and not RWD its only a 1.6 16v engine

Which engine is it exactly? For example D16Y8 or D16Z6.
As the civics im looking at are 1.5 VTEC SOHC, still very nippy

be prepared for it to vibrate a fair bit through the car, other than that hopefully it all goes to plan

Awesome, that engine is far from a baby VTEC, bloody good stuff. Im after a D15B, similar but more tunable.
Good luck with the project
