Default How Much..?

How much would a garage cost for fitting a turbo and all its gubbins roughly. Just looking in to how much i would need? As i am looking into buying a vts engine and port n polishing it, TB's, Cams, Turbo, Forged pistons. Think thats about it i think just thinking about costs. Any help is appreciated aswell as opinions.
p.s i have a 1.1 at the moment

i'd start with the vts lump, not to hard to do at all if you have the ecu unlocked etc. but can be a bit of a shitter. i believe Mark just did this, look at his thread in the photo section

Then i'd consider throttle bodies, i've heard its a good option for a daily driver! You could always consider a supercharger, i think boz had one so maybe worth a pm to him!

Its still going to cost you but would be a pretty cool project.

Anything more than £4k - don't bother, save it and get a better car!

I'd love the idea of kitting out a saxo with a turbo or a supercharger, but for an extra few £k, you could get an extremley fast car eg. imprezza, evo, skyline (second-hand like).

I'm saving for an evo 8 (as much as I love my Sax)...

Just a thought..
