Default Heater blower direction

Hello everyone. I bought my saxo 2months ago and i had few problems lately, however witg the help of this forum i managed to fix "almost" everything.

One thing that still has to be fixed and i cant find information on is:
My heater blower wont change any directions. If i switch the direction (knob above cold/warm settings) it wont do anything. Maybe you guys know what could cause that problem? As i already tried to take panel off to see maybe there is something disconnected. However i couldnt find the problem

The linkage behind the dash may have popped off, not too common but it can happen.

If you take off the lower steering column shroud and look towards the heater matrix you should be able to see it.
