Default Cat differnaces - 1.4 Cat on a VTR

Hi guys, wondering if a Cat thats attached to the manifold off a 1.4 saxo IS the same for the VTR?

Reason why im asking if i have found one new for cheap and wondering if they have huge differances or if they are exactly the same?
