Default Saxo rear break problem

Hi guys first off there's a problem with my sax, on one side only 2 of the rear 4 wheel bolts Go in, the other 2 just spin, so am guessing I need a new hub right ? Or a complete new drum ?, my mate who's scraping his Saxo says I can help my self to what I need. How hard is it to remove the rear hub from a Saxo? Thanks guys
