Just wondering if any one uses these music programs?

Really,i hate FL because i dont like GUI.Im now using Ableton Live 8 and i have now installed Logic pro 9(on my Hackintosh PC).
For most people its FL best software, but for me its so simple and very effective, you are using Vst?
Because without Vst FL its not best.

Have been using fl studio for about 2 years now.
Have only just moved on to Reason 4.
Once you know your way around 1 program theyre all the same
Had to use Cubase first year of college and now using logic...
Fl is by far the easiest for creating beats and loops...
But you allways know a track is made on fl studio. Its just not powerfull enough when bouncing down...
I normally create the beats in fl... then them over to reason when i get the beat going.
Its just about finding what you prefer. Im starting to prefer reason since everything just sounds much better.

I've used fruity for years it's just what you her used to! They all do the same thing, allow you to make music! I've got a new tune posted here, the naming game thread. I just don't have a clue what to call it! Lol help!

Reason is like Flying a stealth Bomber... Fuck loads of buttons and it will confuse someone whos new to it. Its not that bad when you start to understand what it all does mate.
Fl studio is ok, I know some people who are really fond of it but for me I use Reason, Cubase and Abelton.
And they're expensive mate, Cause you're basically buying a virtual studio lol
I self taught - myself Reason.... Didnt know what to do at first, But then just pressed all sorts of buttons ( for a long time ) Until i got closer and closer to making a little beat. Things suddenly started to click, But then when i was 19 i decided i wanted to do it seriously, so i went to college and studied Midi sequencing, Live recording and Music prodution. Passed my course and now its like working with paint. It all just makes sense... But its not easy mate, and takes patience.

Tbh, Ide say FL is great for starting to learn.
Its simple enough and theres loads of tutorials.
Alot of people basicly just use Fl. Benga for example, creates his loops in fruity loops but uses Logic to master and bounce down.
Be all and end all would be Pro Tools. But cba with that
The main reason i use Reason 4 over fl studio is because you have total control over everything. Automation on anything etc etc.
Usec cubase last year at college but felt it looked old and out dated. Also used logic this year but only have a pc at home so no point (unless going for logic 4? which works on pc i believe)
Just have to keep learning and practicing.

if you have winrar and know how to make use of fileshareing websites, http://katz.cd is the website to go, download software, movies, music albums. most of the software comes cracked when you download it. but of course im not telling you to go and do it as its illegal , alot of virus scanners say going on katz puts your computer at risk, ive used it for many years and never had any problems.

What is the name of the qualification you got from college? Wouldnt mind looking into this, see if they do a night time course.
Just started, enjoying it but its annoying me not knowing what to do. Playing about with it to learn what Im doing takes forever. Need someone to sit me down and show me. Use FL Studio 8 xxl, finding it good so far got reason 4 but only had a little look so far.

I do an AS / A2 course.
Just on my last few months of A2 now.
Its a good course, 70% practical and 30% theory for the final grade.
