Default Loosing Weight

Im a sort of chubby person and ive been wanting to loose weight for a while. Im about 14 and half stone bout 6 ft. Ive gota a semi big ars aswell . Whats the best excersises I can do to loose weight of my ars? Also general excerises? Ill get some pics up later.

weight isnt lost in certain areas its allover

try cardio for burning fat
do bench press, dead lifts and squats(compound exercises are best to shift fat)

eating wise have 4-5 small meal evenly spaced time wise through the day, eat high protein and good fats with lower carbs

wide dumbell squats i hear are good for the 'ass' but i think thats usually used with the ladies for the 'booty' lol..

there are some exercises for reducing weight and fat in yoga.also do general exercises with daily morning walk.
