I have just had an incident in which my drivers door and wing were shunted and significantly damaged whilst parked, claimed off his insurance and he admitted full liability. Awaiting to find out whether or not it's a write off; at the moment it's looking more positive than not though! We'll have to see what next years is but hopefully it'll still be 0 claims and 0 points as well as 2 yr NCB!

did however get a quote for £1800 3rd party with admiral but mum already payed out for this insurance for 18h bday

I drive a 1.1l and am starting to wonder if for some ridiculous "statistical" reason it actually costs a lot more to insure than a VT*?
