help with itunes
Hi all. i have downloaded some tv programs and a few films and have converted them to mp4 but when i try to put them on my itunes they do to my music section and not in the movies or tv programs section. What have i done wrong if anything????

When your ipod/iphones conected to itunes have you made sure on the left hand side where it says (the name of your device) click that and below it will come up with music, video etc
All you need to do is click on video and drag the mp4's into itunes (Making sure your still in the video bit in itunes)
If your already doing that i have no idea.

I will giv it a try as all I do is just drag and drop into itunes. Has this happened to anyone else or am I just the lucky 1?

Xilisoft Video Converter the best one i've found.
And if you just drag it across and your dragging it into the music bit insted it will go there, I've done it a few times before just make sure that you drag the mp4s into the video bit.

thats what i am doing and some go in to movies and some go into music. I am now thinking its the software on my computer and am going to format the thing and start all over again.

i did this the other day following a guide on the net and it was dead easy to do
just copy the mp4 file in to the video library then, go to your ipod/iphone and tick the box that sync's the videos with it then thats it
