Default Oil Pressure Relief Valve

Hi - 1996 1.4 auto petrol. Peeing out oil like it's free. My garagiste (yes I live in That France) says its the 'capsule de depression de BVA', which the net tells me is an OPRV.

He has found a part number (253523) and doesn't giggle too much when he tells me it's 174 of those Euro thingys from Citroen.

I've been unable to find any reference to this part number on the net, I would appreciate any help in finding out a price in the UK. I HAVE been able to find out it's an OEM part, so unobtainable in the factors at least over here

All help appreciated, ta

Regards

Mick Dyer
