Don't think I've ever neg repped anyone in the year I've been on here tbh. Don't see the need unless it waaaaay out of order, but then infractions etc should be issued.
There's no rep on ClioSport either and its just got that boring, church feel to it... which is why I'm always back here for a laugh and to help people out with chops.

Now we can see the people who are really a value to this community as opposed to those who sit there talking shite and spaming all day . It was getting annoying being judged by my reputation points and low post count but all that has changed now, 582 posts and level 13. Compare that to some of the old rep/spam whore's and i think my point is proven.
We will also see the return of freedom of speach. In other words all those who lived in fear of speaking their mind's due to the rep abuse will be able to have a say. How many times did we see people being neg repped to death by the rep whores for speaking their mind ? I think there are going to be some big changes in the next few days

wasnt the point i was making...
with or without the rep...sax-p has changed...mods on power trips...etc.
half the time its like a mod gets jelous they arnt part of the banter so they lock the thread down...
i dont see why a general chat forum exsists when general chat is forwned upon...

with posts like that you'll still be a do gooder that annoys most people....no sense of humour...if you joined in the banter you wouldnt need to cry about low rep and spam...

exactly, the forum i used to be on before this was a music one, and theyre general chat was amazing, nothing ever got locked, it went on for pages n pages and it was a thirving community, most user was online at one time was 996 or sumthing.
the only threads that should get locked here should be the repeated q's one such as avatars etc.

Report moderator abuse to admin if you have a problem with something someone has done. General chat is not frowned upon, but sometimes people take threads too far and people complain - sometimes threads then got locked or deleted. Other times, blatant crap deserves to be moderated.

I know what you mean about the mods on power trips, one in particular, not a problem with the rest, never had
I see what you mean about the sense of humour, but I see it as an aquired taste, too many newbies come on here without a clue who people are, how they act etc etc
not everyone comes on here with the same sarcastic, digging and "one up" culture that sax-p seems to have. This is no reason to bad rep them
If you know what I mean

mods do vary...some are cool and let things flow, and then some do think they are god and will try their hardest to get a pat on the head from simo...
and reporting mods to mods aint really my thing...
but i think you should let mods know they need to let the banter be, give them guidelines and make sure they stick to them...
eg. chris, is a decent mod...usually joins in banter and always gives a generall warning before slapping a lock on...
where as ryan, doesnt join in the banter and doesnt warn when threads go of track...he locks the threads with a smug comment...
naaaa mean?
