Alright, i was just wandering if anyone has any experience buying tickets with this company.
The reason i am asking is because i ordered 2 reading tickets off here (2 weeks ago totaling around 500 quid) and i haven't received anything off them yet.
I checked google first to see if there were any comments warning people off them, but found none, so i went for it.
I have sent them 2 emails in the past 3 days with no reply, and have also phoned them about 200 times today, each time the phone line either being engaged or ringing about 3 times then going to the busy tone.
I checked the order status and it says that the checkout is completed but the tracking number area is blank.
I have already received 1 ticket off seetickets which i ordered back in march and am now becoming very worried that i have just thrown 500 quid down the drain. I ordered through debit card so there is no protection really.
I am fuming at the moment, and have reported the company to trading standards.
The other thing that annoys me is that the website is still being updated and tickets being sold.
Its not looking good with all these recent ticket scams that i have seen on the news etc.
Any help would be much appreciated as i am absolutely fuming right now
