to get the rally sound IMO you need to have a smaller tailpipe to get the gases out fast.

Mate had the OMP Grp N system (not INOX) on his old Rallye, imo, was the best system i've heard for sound, seemed to give good gains too.
He's got a Supersprint on his new one, loud as fuck, raspy too, and pops all the time on the downshifts.
Vid (no pops though):

We have strict rules to run too as well....
The cars are all sound checked before and during each event, and this is noted down on the scrutineering sheets
We cant have too loud an exhaust, but also have to be careful of the intake noise as well....
Group N OMP modded to take a 200 CPI Cat this year, and sounds nice on a quick blip, but not noise tested it yet

mines been at 161 for about a year so its reliable as hell.that would be my only worry with puttin the power up to your level. dont need anymore than i already got though to be honest. it torque steers like a bitch and wheelspins at 4k revs in 1st 2nd and 3rd gear wen the cams and everythin kick in. how is 200 manageable, especially on track??

i have hardly spent anythin on mine and i bet them guys have spent alot. i personally think if ya gna tune somethin to 200 bhp or more it shouldnt b a sax. needs to be rear wheeled. if your tuning urs to that much i think u need to be good at correcting lift off oversteer cos itll happen alot. have u ever been in any of these saxo's on track???
