Yer there was nothing major, main thing that put him off was a bit of rust on the chassis leg but its nothing serious. Like I say this is coming from the person that got the shell of his track car acid dipped and most of the underside powder coated lol

Lol did he expect it to be like brand new? Not much you can do about things like that apart from do what he has done.

To add, my friend who works as a mechanic for VW has been under the car and everywhere and said there is none. Further to this i have now been out in the rain under the car, with an LED light and cant spot this rust.

Update
Engine bay cleaned and a poor attempt of polishing with Megs tex spray on wax as it got too cold/ getting late...
Cam covers are going to be sprayed Ford graphite grey soon(ish)
Already had some chav in a focus try his luck today, unsure what it was as it stayed behind me
So engine bay from;
to;
I cant wait to give it a proper detail
Comments welcome

Thanks Ash,
Hmm well at the moment id like to keep it fairly std, i want to keep it unmolestered but i see such potential haha
Things im considering..
Colour coding
Lowering
421 -exhaust system
Cams
Ford graphite grey alloys
" " " Cam cover
And the filter
Apart from that, get her serviced by Citroen and only use OEM materials lol

Fair enough, sounds good mate
these look cracking in standard form, especially now that youve given the bay some attention, should serve you well as a good motor.
