Default Sale thread approval

ive noticed on a few other forums

if you make a sale thread it must be approved by mods or admins before it appears

it states if theres no pictures or price etc then they wont approve it and it wont be shown

could try this here??

or too much work for mods ?

noticed alot of people either dont add prices or pictures etc

i reckon a template should be stickied. then you can copy and paste it into your post and fill out all the fields. any for sale thread that hasnt filled out all the fields should be deleted.

The ammount of threads per hour let alone per day would create a massive back log for staff.

On quiet forums its ok, on here or 106moaners for example the mods would be just sorting for sale threads all the time

ive seen this before
but the for sale threads hardly never get used on it.

but it has its pros & cons.
pros
less crap in for sale thread
straight to the point details

cons.
more mods needed to look after this feature.
more time taken for the sale to be sorted out.

& templates are annoying to do imo, also a lot of hassle to sell more than 3 items lol

If threads need approval that is then admin taking some kind of responsibility for said threads so a bad idea in many way i reckons
