Default 106 1.1 to vtr little stumped!

Hi guys I tried searching but couldent really find my answer I've just purchased a little 106 1.1 I'm wanting to do a saxo vtr engine conversion I'm aware of what's needed I'm just abit curious on the looms on the 106 I do belive they never did a 3 plug ecu and loom for the 1.6 8v only the xsi loom but that's single plug loom, would I have to splice the saxo loom onto the pug? Or would a phase 2 vtr plug into the 1.1 loom if I get a unlocked vtr ecu? And before you say vts it no end of story my mrs is learning in the car and don't want her to kill us both lol much prefer the 8v anyway just need something a tad quicker tha the 1.1! Taaa

What is the age of the car & the age of the engine?

They did three types of 3-plug engine loom for all petrol engines in both Saxo & 106(Ph2)

If your 106 is a 3-plug, then it has the option of 3 different chassis plugs (dependent on its age.) Providing it is the larger single plug type (there are 2 pin layouts in this, again dependent on year) then you can plug a matching Saxo loom in and it will work with all functions.

You need to identify which loom is on the 106. Check this:

Just mainly the chassis plug tbh its the larger type one on my 106, this is why I'm confused because obv saxos and 106s run different chassis plugs so how would I get a 3 plug vtr loom onto my pug?
