alot of white smoke from exhaust..
hello, new here and have a question for you all.
il do abit of a breakdown of what the problem is and where it started from etc.
i drive a 1.1 s reg. due to the bad weather lately and me being a dumbass and not reading on a bottle of anti freeze that it was already "ready mixed" the water coolant froze and i didnt realise. anyway the car overheated, temp light came on and i pulled over right away and let it cool down and made my way home. anyway, the day after the weather was even worse and i was off work so what i did was start the car whilst de-icing my windows knowing abit of heat on the engine would melt the ice in the pipes, anyway less than 5mins later i checked under the bonnet and seen oil bubbling out of the rocker cover, stop the engine imediately. i bought a new rocker cover seal and fitted it, (not a single problem now) got some anti freeze to sort the coolant out, bled it all correct etc etc. topped my oil up to about 3/4 on the dip stick. anyway i know possibly the cylinder head may have gone when it was too hot but its not showing mega signs from what i know of. the oil doesnt have any yellow stuff in the sump (going off the dipstick) and in the top of my engine under the oil cap it looks pretty clean. when i was changing the rocker cover there was some yellowy stuff under the rocker cover but i could possibly put that down to 10years worth of condensation maybe? as i say there hasnt been any from what i can see since. what i do see now though is quite abit of white smoke coming from my exhaust and looking at it running i cant help but think to myself "that seems abit too much white smoke", when i rev the engine the ammount of white smoke increases and this isnt just happening for say 20mins until the car is warm its doing it all the time. also the heat coming through the blowers is really hot, if on your hnd for say over 30seconds its kinda burning hot. what you guys think is the problem here? headgasket? or something less of a pain?
thanks in advance

Didn't read all of the above but white smoke would indicate headgasket mate

Sounds like the same problem i had just before x-mas with all the snow etc. Lots of while smoke at idle and when running, lack of power from time to time..it turned out to be the head gasket had gone..in a common place apparently. Take it down the local garage let them have a look...
