Default lowering shocks!

My car has been down at the front 55 for about a year now on standard shocks. However my link arms are constantly going after every 3-4 month, I believe this is because there isnt enough resistance from the shock?

So I need new 'lowering' shocks. Im on a budget so any advice?. Plus my ride is so crashy its unreal, I could literally feel the bump if I drove over a sheet of paper!!

Yea I know that! But I just want to replace my shocks for the time being. I just want uprated shocks instead of standards!

If you're on a budget APEX is certainly the one that id recommend over anything else in their price range
