Ryan how do you take decent pics in such bad lighting conditions? What sort of TV/AV do you have on and whta flash do you use?

Manual usually now.
0.3;" ish shutter, between f4 and f8, although cocked my settings up that day and shot at f14 irc.
i use a 430ex speedlite. on ettl with different flash settings through the night.
or P/av, aim for f8ish, lowish iso and manual adjust the flash between 1/16 and 1/4 power.

Do you use a tripod?
Obviously too slow shutter speed with the tinyest bit of movement and youll blur the whole thing. I think i need an external flash but its not at the top of my list at the moment so will have to wait lol. Cheers ryan for the info.
