Default does anyone make this engine mount, in an uprated version??

as above really, this is the mount thats always the problem,
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/200-2001-P...item4abbe9ebc1

its the v early 2bolt chassis of a 106 ph1 but also used on some saxos and later 106s i believe.
basically they are only lasting about a year, ive tried various aftermarket branded ones but all of them are the same....

or another mount that can be made fit perhaps? the gearbox and bottom mount are both uprated jobs and are fine, i guess they are putting more abuse through this one as it softer?
cheers

shame, i didnt really want to swap out the cradles, as the pressed metal arms are direct fit on both 8 and 16v blocks.
cheers tho
i guess at about a tenner a year it hardly breaks the bank....

Thing is itll also drive much nicer with the cradle and proper mount in cause the engine wont be flapping about
Both 8 and 16v can go in them (vtr and vts have the same) so thats not really an issue and it can be done with stock parts
Ive got a shell here i could get a drill too and remove a cradle from aswell as the stock mount itud only be a 10er once and your done with it

Cheers for the offer mate. Ive got a few shells here myself, its most likely the best option long term. I may just as well give it a hit with the mig when the motors back out,
Thanks for the info
