Non Saxo question.......
My golfs turbo cut out on the way back from Cas vegas a couple of nights ago! 
I was trundling along in 6th gear at about 75 mph ish and it just cut out!
Thing is I remember my dads A4 TDI doing the same thing but he used to thrash the arse off it? Anyway not worried because as soon as I switched the engine on and off again it brought the turbo back to life?
Is it some way of telling me to top up my windscreen wash or something?

my dads car did the same he put a new turbo on etc well mercedes did as he wanted it to keep good history and that wasnt the problem it was the air flow meter which my dad told them it was so he ended up with a new turbo free of charge after giving em some earache...
dont think that helps you but could be the same thing?

Maybe it has AIDS like the owner... sounds harsh, then again engine block had to be replaced on mine 2 days after purchase so I have NO sympathy for you Rudders x
