As the 3rd iPod in 2.5 years fails..
in my life im fucked off with the whole 'apple' thing.
Mrs Gen4 iPod broke, sent it back to America (where she bought it) got another one back. That one failed too. Was now out of Warrenty so was chargable.
Now yesterday my Gen1 Nano broke. Same problem that what happend with my Mrs. Out of Warrenty by 2 month.
Now i was going to buy an iPod Touch but looking back at the track record over the last 2 and a half years. I think i would be stupid to throw away another 200 notes to apple.
So what other mp3 players are good and on the market?

I think my Ipod is on its way out aswell......freezes all the time...Whats the warranty on them?

1 year mate. But looking about it looks like iPods have a big failure rate on the 13month funny enough

lol yea....
leckie i think creative have a new mp3/mp4 out...dont know much about it but have a look and see what comes up with them...
my sister has one...year and a half...zero problems...never froze etc..seems reliable if that what your lookin for..looks 'ok' not nearly as stylish as an ipod...
