It isn't even a flaw, they aren't going to redesign a shell that is selling so well to fix one thing that was massively over hyped
My activation took about 5 minutes btw

Oh right, my micro sim is taking ages to register so i cant use the phone until then..
I have done all it tells me to?!
My old sim is still working..

ring your network provider then. can take up to 24hrs i think but usually does it in less than 30mins
