"Flame" forum
so obviously the general chat is what is usually used for hurling abuse at anyone who has less than 500 posts...
can obviously be a bit intimidating for some of the new guys, topics getting spammed etc
so why not have a "Flame" section for the ones who love the little picture with the black borders and white text at the bottom so people who want to get abused can post in a relatively "un-censored" area and leave the rest of the site free for people who dont want to post masses of pictures and general crap
