Default Virgin Media WTF!!! :@

Right is it impossible to actually speak to a real person at virgin media? Basically here is what I need:

I want to cancel my account as im leaving the house its at

BUT

I don't know what the phone number was, we didn't even have a phone.
I don't know what my area code is as I didn't get any paper bills
The e-mail address I was given appears to be wrong so I cant sign in to get an e-bill
To speak to a customer service person to ask about my email address I need my area code number :s

So basically the information I need to actually get through to someone I cant get until I speak to the person I want to get through too.

Anybody got any idea on wtf I need to do?

Either https://help.virginmedia.com/system/...ATION_REQUEST#

Or you need to contact Kevin (real name Apu) in India. If I was having to deal with such a ballache, I'd just cancel the direct debit.

I've sorted it out now thankfully, I got through to a fellow northerner so I was instantly de-stressed, however the way you contact them is insanely retarded.

Do you speak Urdu. You'll need to if you're thinking of phoning Virgin Media lol.
