usualy press the main selection button then * lol....

lmao gazzza i really don't think he meant the keypad i think he meant the phone itself - simlock haha
I think you can get these unlocked at most phone shops barring the big ones (carphone warehouse, fones4u etc). Your local market stall that sells phones or any other smaller phone shop will probably have the equipment to unlock it.

Apparently if you ring whatever company your phone is locked to they can provide you with the code or whatever you need to unlock it.
Tell them your going abroad and want to use it over there or something.
They'll charge but obviously it'll work.
