call them up ask to speak to their manager advise them you were specifically told that UNLIMITED meant UMLIMITED in the dictionary terms (there is no limit) the advisor selling you the phone made it clear you could send as many and there was no small print, advise them you are exercising your consumer rights and that they are not fulfilling the contract that was sold to you.
tell them you are not paying for the contract you were sold by the advisor and so you want them to terminate it for you as a good will, if they get smart also advise them you will be contacting watchdog and offcom as the unlimited texts is more than missleading and you know someone high up within the governing bodies of phone companies and orange had just previously been done for missleading advert information now 02 are trying it on with you aswell as misselling and missleading a product to you... say all that and if you dont get a terminated contract for free or free unlimited texts id be surprised
