song hunt
Dane thread has got me thinking... last night I heard a choon and dont have a bloody clue who's its by or what its called. I dont normally do this so apoligies I'll describe to the best of my ability.
First off its a typical dance choon.
no lyrics as such
there is however what appears to be a group that sing muted (lowish in tone) 'ah's
These 'ah's increase in pitch every two beats (roughly) for 2 bars. then it is repeated but 'ah's are sang in a slightly high pitch. And it sort of goes around like that.
It must be some sort of dance CD compilation as there some familiar choons (moderately recent - within 2 years perhaps) playing just before it. but i cant god damn remember what was playing
Any help would be fantastico. and who knows i might dish out some rep...

actually the 'ah's sound very similar to 'ah's in the song 'Alan Brake and Fred Falke - Intro'

right, its not like 'hard' dance. Id say quite soft. 'my my my' kind of style with a similar relatively moderate-to-slow tempo.
Im really really tempted to record the 'ah's - im sure a few peeps would know it straight away. just id sound a t*at
Personally man, I've only heard twice maybe three times in my life... but i dont really go to the proper clubs. and because it isnt on the radio suggests it isnt that popular... but im sure it will have featured on a few compilation CD's

tempowise I reckon 115-120bpm
purely a guess...
year... 2002-2006 perhaps.
please note man, that the sounds, the drum are purely made up just there to convey the pitch/melody
