I'm getting some engine mapping done once my new ECU loom is done, it'll be interesting to see what power it makes.

Thought it made over 200 on the 811's
If you dont want to say due to still racing on here no worries, interested to see how the 811s are performing though as have considered ditching my 803's for some. Pm if you dont mind saying but not on open forum

I've never mentioned my engine's power output, it's running a conservative map apparently. (I don't know why...)

Mapped for 95? Mine is so the ignition is fairly conservative on that front.
I'd have expected over 200 on the, especially considering the way George's engine made power on the qep dyno.

Standard VTS is mid-high 15s usually. With a full interior, and the mods, i'd say it's about right tbh, I ran a 15.9 with my 8v with breathing mods, and no interior, so 2 tenths slower with a full interior and shorter box (which can be seen as an advantage, or a disadvantage on the 1/4) i'd say is about right.

My old S2 v's another S2 at Crail many years ago... i'm driving the faster one.
It had 138-140bhp 8v motor & rear seat/spare wheel removed.
This is a good one, 1st run with my 106 after it was finished, wet track with absolutely no grip at all, it spun up in all 5 gears! 1st run when i dried up later on resulted in the mismatched crownwheel & pinion in box breaking.
You'll notice 3/4 the way down the track i shoot off, thats when it gripped after i lifted in 5th and put the foot down again.

I went to Shakespeare Raceway a few week ends back a ran a PB.
13.92 @ 99.7mph
I did a few runs with terminal speeds over 100mph but my times were slightly slower. My 60ft times are now down to around 2.13s on average. I'm still running on road tires atm so its not too bad (Toyo Parada Spec 2) need to invest in some 888's and Quaife.

Are there any specifically built 1/4mile 106/saxo in the uk?
I'm aiming for a low 12 next year with no boost.
